How do I book my date?
To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another available date in some cases. Let us know your situation and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What time can we arrive?
Access begins at the time listed on your contract. Full-day rentals are from 9 am - 11 pm. Early access may be available depending on availability 14 days out.
Can we rehearse at the venue?
Yes! Rehearsals are allowed based on availability the day before your event. If you need to secure the space for the evening before for rehearsal, you can upgrade your package.
What’s included in the rental?
We provide tables and white resin garden chairs for up to 150 guests, access to all event spaces, and on-site parking.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, with licensed bartenders and proper insurance. No cash bars are allowed.
Can we choose our own caterer?
Yes! We’re vendor-flexible. You can bring in the caterer of your choice.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes! We have a parking lot that you can use for guests.
How many hours are included in our booking?
The Standard Full-Day reservation includes 14 hours from start to finish. Any additional time will be billed at $150 per hour.

What is your off-peak season?
January, February, July, August, and December
Do you have accessible facilities?
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances.
